Globel Mailer List Lifecycle
(How It Works).
This FAQ assumes you have the Globel Mailer
installed on your machine, you have set up an account with
Globel and paid the yearly subscription on that account...
1. Initially you set up your service in your
control panel at Globel, several settings are available and
you can choose to have all information redirected back to
your website, this means that your subscribers or Customers
communication with your site is seamless and if set up correctly
they will never see the Globel website and think that the
programming at your website on your server, we just take a
backseat.
This part of the mailers capabilities is
not available on the free account, you will need to use your
own lists obtained from elsewhere to use it.

2. Your subscriber or Customer then visits
your site and decides he/she would like to Join your mailing
list this may be on offers or a regular mail with news about
your service if the visitor to your site is interested they
use an online form that Globel Supplies (Plain Ready for your
Modifications) to subscribe to your mailing list; this information
is then stored in your account on the Globel server.
Prior to this when you initially set up
your account on Globel you can decide if you want to automatically
send them an e-mail when they Join your List, if this is so
you can also request a deletion link to be inserted, a deletion
link is there to allow your subscriber to leave your list
easily if they want to.
Globel will send them an e-mail with whatever
information you have entered in the set-up area with this
deletion link inserted at the bottom of the welcome e-mail!,
as the picture below illustrates.

3. The above is available to your subscribers
or Customers 24 hours a day and subsequently your list is
continually updated.
When you decide to go online with your Globel
Bulk Mailer you click update and this automatically fetches
your subscriber list from the Globel server, there is no need
to update it or change it as this is taken care of automatically.
Once the mailer has downloaded your list
you can then email out straight away and directly to your
subscribers or Customers, obviously filling out the body of
your message etc. You can additionally choose to send a deletion
link as well within your mailer every time you mail your subscribers
or Customers, as the picture below illustrates.

4. If your subscriber decides he/she does
not want to be on your list any more they can use the deletion
link you have sent them to unsubscribe and/or go to your website
where a unsubscribe form is located to leave your list.
This again is supplied by Globel in your
set-up; now when you go online again to update you will have
a new list with that particular entry or subscriber removed,
therefore keeping your list up to date and ensuring you do
not post to those that do not want your mail, as users leave
and join your list you will know how many have joined or left
and will have little worry of spamming anyone.
Additionally if you have chosen a good-bye
message in Globel the subscriber will receive a leaving message
composed by you in set-up. As the picture below illustrates
