Q: How Does Webforms
And My Mailer Work Together?
A: Your subscriber subscribes to your list via your website
that communicates with our server, your list is then stored
on our server ready to pick up by the Globel mailer on your
machine, you then post to those subscribers directly from
your machine with that mailer.

Q: What Is Your
Spam Policy?
Simply put we do not support it and your account will be terminated
if you do it, the Globel Mailer is designed as a tool for
webmasters and we do NOT want this tool associated with Spam
at any level for this reason a very strict rule applies of
termination if we get even a sniff of it.

Q: What If The
Spam isn't Spam! The Subscriber is out to Get Me?
Sadly this sometimes happens and the people that usually do
this are offenders themselves, we can usually tell if a mail
is Spam or not there is certain criterion on this, additionally
we check each instance within the headers we are sent, if
the situation gets really bad we will suspend an entire version
of the mailer and put further constraints in a new version
to stop it happening again.

Q: What Does The
Mailer Look Like?

Q: What Is A Mailing
List?
A mailing list is a list of emails that have been given over
time by your website visitors, this list you can then post
to with our mailer and each individual will receive the same
e-mail contents posted to their e-mail address keeping them
up to date with any News about your Site.

Q: How do I Post
To My Globel Mailing List Using Another Mass Mailer?
If you have the mailing list feature installed at Globel and
you want to post to your mail subscribers using another mailer
other than the Globel One? First of all I personally would
like to know why and would be very interested in your comments
as the Globel mailer makes this process about 100 times easier!

Q: Is The Mailer
Really Free?
Yes it is, all you need is a Globel Account to run it, and
then you can post to your own personal lists!

Q: Can The Mailer
Send Attachments?
Not at present! This is mainly because of virus's if we produce
a mailer that sends attachments you can be sure the mailer
will be capable of some sort of virus checking, this is an
option I hope to build into the mailer in future, this is
slightly more complicated to achieve and at the moment we
are still in the testing stages of this, A lot of people don't
like attachments etc. because of this reason I personally
trash any e-mail without looking that is sent me with an attachment
unless I know the person, you may find that most people are
the same, so what's the use of sending something that is going
to get trashed anyway!!

Q: Can The Mailer
Send HTML Emails?
This is on the cards for the future version! At the moment
the mailer only sends plain text, again this is partly related
to virus's but mainly because we have not done it yet, we
are looking into this in the next edition, however; we know
that you may not wish to send a virus, others might!! So as
a precaution for now we prefer to keep it plain and simple!
not unlike your message and we will not go far wrong.

Q: Why Just Plain
Text Why Not Adobe or Something Like This?
Why again send something that is less likely to be read? There
is the attachment trashing scenario additionally; although
all very grand not unlike HTML readers NOT everyone can read
these format types, others sometimes cannot be bothered to
download it in order to read your mail! Sometimes simple is
better, a bit like WebPages, you can send plain text to UNIX
users and they will be able to read it, anything else forget
it, it's the content of your e-mail itself that usually gets
results, distractions serve to sometimes confuse, saying all
that I will still produce a version that is capable of this
in the future and possibly more, for now the answer is Nope.
