No Spam Policy.
The new Bulk Emailer is designed for the Webmaster who
wants to post several legitimate mass emails with the same
content to his/her list of subscribers, it is NOT designed
as a spamming tool!
When you use the words Bulk Emailer, this unfortunately
brings to mind for most ISP's SPAM; when really it's just
the name of a useful tool that has been abused over time.
You don't instantaneously think MASS MURDERER when someone
says AXE, but MASS MAILER seems to be associated with SPAM?
Ironically that's why I named this site FREE BULK EMAIL, not
to scare the living daylights out of most ISP's but to try
and make light of the words themselves, additionally and mainly;
as most webmasters will know, they are good keywords.
There is nothing wrong with posting to a list of subscribers
that request a newsletter, or an update for new software etc.
indeed with lots of subscribers you need to do this easily!
the problems start when you post to a list of email address's
that have not requested anything from you, force feeding your
proposed victims so to speak with JUNK MAIL, or as known in
the trade as SPAM or SPAMMING.
This policy relates to Spam and my NON condolence of any
such activity, I have taken great care to go to such lengths
to prevent or even stop Spam dead in this mailer, I personally
don't like Spam and I am not going to build a program to promote
it! and so Globel Mailer was Devised, the restraints in place
are:
1. All users must sign up to even start using the
program; the program is limited on distribution of email
until you pay a fee and then will post to higher numbers.
2. The program will stop working when your account
is terminated by Globel, additionally needs to access
your account to remain registered, it does all this painlessly
in the background.
3. There is also a termination event on all releases
should a released version be compromised in our opinion
by reverse engineering.
4. All versions when used release a X-Mailer: Header
Block, In each and every email there is inserted a notice
to your subscribers about spamming, this is not apparent
until you look at the properties within the email itself,
there is a special identification code in each email that
identifies the account it originated from, this serves
no purpose normally and is not seen by your subscribers.
5. Once a termination event is called by Globel all
versions will cease to function correctly if at all, the
termination event is embedded into the program itself
and would require extreme reverse engineering to the extent
the program becomes either unusable or certainly not our
product.
6. The termination event is to protect our users that
require to use a program with confidence and know it's
not some back street affair and is from Globel, this will
happen in extreme cases of abuse; the next version will
be available instantaneously for you to download with
that particular fault repaired, bit like a virus checker.
All this and more has been built into the Globel Mailer
to ensure webmasters get a product that is relevant useful
and very functional whilst safeguarding against Spam and possible
abuse of the software itself at the time of writing no one
else has achieved this, Globel is the first.
This New breed of Bulk Emailer will not be associated
with Spam and is Restrictive that way on purpose! And can
only be used for legitimate email lists, if any user becomes
suspect of abuse the account associated with that mailer will
be terminated so please don't do it.
I do not support Spam but do support making life easier
for webmasters, as said the program is designed for legitimate
MASS MAIL ONLY and definitely not for Spam and restraints
have been put in place to stop these activities so please
keep this in mind.
